EDF Promotional Offer - Monthly Reward
- ‘we’ or ‘us’ or ‘our’ refers to EDF Energy Customers Limited trading as EDF, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 02228297 and whose registered office is at Nova North, 11 Bressenden Place, Victoria, London, SW1E 5BY. The offer is administered by TLC Marketing Worldwide UK Ltd (“TLC”) a company registered in England & Wales with company number 08443661, having its registered address 55 Baker Street, London, W1U 8EW.
- This offer is available to select residential customers (“you”) who receive an email from EDF containing a URL and unique registration code (“reward email”) offering you a £5 Costa Coffee e-Gift Card every month for 12 consecutive months (the “reward”).
- This offer is effective from the date that EDF sends the reward email to you and shall run until 31 December 2026, or until further notice by EDF. The reward is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to extend, withdraw, amend, or replace the offer with immediate effect. If this offer is withdrawn, amended, or replaced, EDF shall send you notice of such via email.
- EDF will send you the reward email to the email address which you have registered with your EDF account, each month for 12 consecutive months.
- EDF may also send you notifications about the reward via any other form of communication, including SMS or via your EDF app, where you have consented to receiving communications from EDF in this way.
- Upon receipt of your monthly reward email, you will have until the expiry date shown in that month's reward email to claim your e-Gift Card by clicking the URL in the reward email, which will take you to a website hosted by our promotional partner, TLC (“TLC website”).
- You will need to submit your name, unique registration code and email address via the TLC website. When you have submitted your details, a confirmation screen will be displayed and you will receive an email from TLC on behalf of EDF, containing a link to your e-Gift Card.
- You will have 12 months from the date of registering your e-Gift Card, to use your e-Gift Card in-store at Costa Coffee. The e-Gift Card will contain a QR code which you can use in-store at the point of purchase. If you do not use your e-Gift Card within 12 months, your e-Gift Card will expire.
- Each month, EDF will send a reward email to you, and you will need to follow the steps outlined in paragraph 6 and 7 above, to receive each e-Gift Card. We will not respond to any queries received about non-receipt of rewards until the expiry date in the previous month’s reward email has passed. This will be the case each month for the duration of the promotion.
- A customer will not be able to receive more than one e-Gift Card per month.
- This offer is not negotiable, transferable or exchangeable for a cash alternative.
- The e-Gift Card can only be used at participating Costa Coffee stores. The e-Gift Card cannot be used at Costa Coffee Express locations, Costa Coffee ‘Proud to Serve’ locations or in Northern Ireland. - If you do not claim your e-Gift Card one month, your e-Gift Card will be forfeited, and you will not be able to claim another one until the following month. E-Gift Cards cannot be reissued.
- If you unsubscribe from marketing communications from EDF at any point, then you will not receive the reward from that point onwards.
- If you close your EDF account, or the account is transferred to a different name or executor, at any point then you will not receive the reward from that point onwards.
- This offer is only available to customers who receive the reward email from EDF and the promotional URL should not be shared with anyone else. If we suspect you are using the offer for commercial purposes, we reserve the right to refuse to transfer the reward.
- Any personal data collected by EDF during in relation to this offer will be stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy here.

- Please note: this offer is being monitored. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel transactions where;
- we suspect these terms and conditions are not being complied with; or
- where such transactions are suspected of being fraudulent and such customers may have their details passed to relevant authorities for further investigation.
- You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon using this promotional offer.
- EDF and TLC reserve the right to reject those entries or claims which it considers, in its absolute discretion, are fraudulent or invalid.
- This promotion shall be administered by TLC Worldwide UK Ltd (TLC). If for any reason any individual encounters a problem with this promotion, please contact TLC, via the contact us form, found on the TLC Website.
- Any individual taking advantage of this offer does so on complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- EDF and TLC will not in any circumstances accept any liability for personal loss, damage or injury suffered by any participant participating in the promotion. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Nothing here is intended to exclude any liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence or generally for intent as well as for gross negligence.
- In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of EDF or TLC or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this offer, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants to avoid undue disappointment. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of EDF, or TLC, and which prevents EDF or TLC from complying with these Terms and Conditions, EDF and TLC will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
- EDF and TLC have no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them, including due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. EDF and TLC will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, customer error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent use of the E-Gift Voucher, or participation in the offer.
- If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
- This promotion is governed by English law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
- TLC is responsible for fulfilling the vouchers. Any data captured in the fulfilment of the offer by TLC will only be used for validation of entries and for the delivery of vouchers, unless we have your consent. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential. Data will be stored for 3 months from the Promotion end date, after which the data will deleted. - EDF or TLC’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding.
