What is the EDF Costa Coffee eGift Card reward?
EDF are offering you a £5 Costa Coffee eGift Card each month for 12 months.
How do I take part in this promotion?
Each month EDF will send you an email with a unique code that can be used to claim your £5 Costa Coffee eGift Card.
How long do I have to claim and use my Costa Coffee eGift Card?
The email from EDF will contain the expiry date of your unique code (30 days from when the email is sent). This applies each month. Once you have claimed your £5 eGift Card each month it will be valid for 12 months.
What happens if I don’t receive my Costa Coffee eGift Card to my chosen email address?
Please check your Junk/Spam folder. If you cannot locate your email, please get in touch with EDF's partner TLC Worldwide customer service team via the form here.
What happens if I don’t receive my code from EDF?
Please check your Junk/Spam folder. Contact EDF directly at hello@edfenergy.com or call on 03330 069 950. Please reference your account number. Emails from EDF containing your Costa Coffee claim instructions will be sent to you via the email you have set up your EDF account with on the same date each month for 12 consecutive months.
What happens after I’ve claimed my code?
Once you’ve entered you unique code and details each month, you’ll receive an email containing your Costa Coffee eGift Card and instructions on how to redeem it

Where can I use my Costa Coffee eGift Card?
You can redeem your Costa Coffee eGift Card at participating Costa Coffee outlets across the UK. A full list of non-participating stores can be found here. eGift Cards are not redeemable in any Costa Express or Proud to Serve outlets.
